Olde English just brings back horrible, horrible dorm room memories of intense intoxication.
I'll bring the grape soda.
WHAT HAS THIS BECOME.
I'm sorry guys, but I have to cancel record club today. I know, I suck. My mom is having semi-emergency surgery Tuesday morning and I'm flying out to Austin to be with my parents. As such, Jennie and I have a lot of errands to run and I just don't have time to host or attend today. If anyone else is willing to host today, let everyone know here or on Facebook.
Man. I'm not sure we're ever going to be able to get this off the ground again, none of us seem to ever be available at the same time anymore. Sorry guys.
Dang it,Cara and I were just talking about record club right now too and what we could bring that Jennie would like. I think we can host them once I either fix my player or get a new one.
Bummer, Greg. I hope everything with your mom is okay. I'm available most weekends and weeknights so we should still try to make this happen, maybe in November?
You do not suck. Hope everything goes well with your mum and that recovery is quick.
Once I get back, Jennie will be gone for a month opening a new Cheesecake and I'm literally free just about everyday and every evening. We could look at next weekend or even the following week.
Hope everything goes well with your Mom, Greg.
That was my last weekend free until at least mid-November, probably December, but I could do week nights during part of November....
Ooh! If I get off from work in time, I'm doing that.
What time were you guys going to get to Television?
I only ask because I don't want to hang out with you people a minute longer than I have to.
I want to know how early I can come!
Spoken word artist Dennis Driscoll, and the show starts at 8. So I assume Television is on at....9?
Bean Bag Cafe.
If there's quite a few of us, I would say that Club Waziema (the Ethopian restaurant/bar) or Madrone is a better meet up spot.
or fly bar is a good one.
What about Mini Bar? It's not very big, but there is a comfy back room. Bean Bag Cafe is always crowded and has shit beer selections.
Sorry I didn't see you guys. It took me literally half an hour to park, and I walked in right as they were about to start playing. Sigh. This was the hardest time I've ever had parking there.
Bryan and I listened to a ton of music. I drank a lot of beer and don't remember everything, so I need you to remember some for me, Bryan.
