Jan 16.... I can has tickets. And car camps
You wanna fook on me?!
Exactly, a sold out Sunday is far from a draw. I want to be able to enjoy a comfy Friday or at the least an enjoyable Saturday.
i'm really quite sad to miss LiB this time around, even though I'll be traveling all over. This festival occupies this nice middleground between small outdoor events like Moontribe and almighty Burning Man, and of course it has its own little thing to it (beautiful venue, the temple, marketplace etc.) Though I'm not sure it can grow much more in Oak Canyon Ranch, I worked the shuttles all weekend and could see that the parking lots and campgrounds were pretty much packed in all directions. I'm just hoping that it will retain the little intimacies that make it so special. But I guess there's always *********![]()
Im interested in this and/or *********. These both seem more my style

It's definitely a high energy auditory extravaganza worth experiencing.
Didn't The Do Lab do stuff for *********?
yes. and i thought ********* works with the do lab sometimes as well. feel like they had a hand in lib, even no this year but in past years.
this thread just died once symbi got announced... dang.
here's a mini-doc though!
wait really??? tickets go on sale today and no one's talking???? damn...
edit: and symbi never did anything for the do lab, just the opposite.
I can save a whopping $15 by ordering tickets today without seeing the lineup? After a pretty bland lineup last year? Sign me up!

I have no money. Hopefully the tides will turn for me before May.
If anyone is so kind...WTB LIB RV pass please. Willing to negotiate. 8-5-8-2-2-5-9-5-7-6. If this post is still here it means I'm still interested.
I know I'm about 2 months late, but Bassnectar's usual fanbase would definitely come out to a weekend festival for just him. I went to ReGeneration (STS9's festival) last year in which Bassnectar and STS9 were the headliners. Bassnectar was one of the only dubstep acts there (Big Gigantic is actually the only other act that plays any at all that comes to mind), but his fans were there in full force. There were plenty of people who clearly only came for him, there were endless campsites blasting dubstep 24 hours a day, and I met a group of guys who did not even know who STS9 were, or that the festival was put on by them.
I'm still down for LIb. ********* look dope though. Have fun peole
I gotta get my tickets soon! Any word on when the lineup will be released?
No clue. I know they won't disappoint. Impossible.
I know. It's gonna be great regardless, gotta my tix asap
I want to see a lineup already. And the Do-Lab lineup too
This is right next to my moms house, but I don't really feel like throwing down for this. Anyone need someone who will put out for the weekend? *GOAT*
I am looking forward to my first time at LiB, after two years at Burning Man I assume it will be a cake walk (and those are easy to win!). If anyone is looking for a similar festival starting in Santa Barbara this year for 80$ for 3 days. April 13th-15th. http://lucidityfestival.com/
It's taking place at the old location of where Lightning was in Santa Barbara.
In regards to LiB,
1. How is it that the showers are communal yet still cost 6$?
2. How pricey is the food? (Is 50$ enough for the weekend or 75? 100?)
3. Is shade necessary?
Thank you for the information in advance!
That was a real wise decision to book a festival in SoCal on the first Coachella weekend.
