Has anyone ever been here? I noticed that Gang Gang Dance is playing there on Saturday the 8th: http://www.pappyandharriets.com/even...cial-guests-15.

Is this a full show from them or some kind of shortened thing? Yelp makes it seem like it's a BBQ restaurant (I'll take some of those cheese fries please) and I guess they have a stage? Is it worth the drive?

I've never been there but it looks interesting.

I've been there a lot of times. I was there last week for Wanda Jackson. I've also seen Billy Corgan, Leon Russell, Peaches, Sean Lennon, Conor Oberst, Dick Dale, The Donnas, Vampire Weekend, and Eagles of Death Metal there. It rocks. The performances are always full length, and very intimate. No flashy lights, giant pyramids, etc., just great music with relatively small crowds and lots of locals.

I'll be at Gang Gang Dance.

My favorite place! Just spent last weekend up there for Clean Air Clean Stars fest ended up hosting an after hours party in my room with Mark Gardener from Ride watching the sun come up! Crazy times to be had up there! Will be at Gang Gang Dance!!

There will be a fair sized crew of fun boardies here. Only fun ones though. None of that boring music snobbery bullshit.
