wow, did you all misinterpret the title to mean "the last song is a good song", or do you all really think your choices are the actual best song on the album? because if its the latter, a lot of you suck.
i guess i should also pick one now so you can criticize me too:
GnR - Appetite for Destruction
Let's go on a livin' spree!
Interesting choice. Fantastic song.
I'm torn but feel this way as well, although some of the early tracks are absolute monsters that I enjoy listening to more (Zodiac Shit, Computer Face, etc.), but I don't know if I could call them the best. The whole album is pretty retardedly sweet.
Closed my wedding reception with this. Spoiled it a little bit for me, but probably the best answer on this thread.
I'm going to go with...
Ramones-Ramones: Today Your Love, Tomorrow The World
Pet Shop Boys-Behavior: Jealousy
5/22 - The Cure - Hollywood Bowl
5/31 - Brian Jonestown Massacre - Teragram (?)
6/07 - Chelsea Wolfe - Teragram (?)
6/14 - Silver Apples - Troubadour
6/16 - John Carpenter - Orpheum

There are some splendid selections in this thread. Here's some more...
Talking Heads - "This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody)" from Speaking in Tongues: This is an inferior shortened single version, though it's still great - probably my favorite album closer)
The Stone Roses - "I Am the Resurrection" from The Stone Roses
Blur - "Battery in Your Leg" from Think Tank
Syd Barrett - "Late Night" from The Madcap Laughs
The Horrors - "Sea Within a Sea" from Primary Colours
Marilyn Mason: Mechanical Animals - COMA WHITE
Fantastic end to a phenomenal record.
