December 18: Muse w/ Phantogram @ Staples Center
February 26: Diane Coffee @ The Echo
March 24: David Gilmour @ Hollywood Bowl
true, but downtown is better than san bernadino...and the hhm lineup is usually awesome.
This means the Monster Massive lineup is going to suck even more than usual...
Kinda wish they named it something other than 'Wonderland'. Why rehash this theme? w/e...
It also makes me wonder about the future of Monster Massive, don't know if it can really survive if Insomniac is going to have a halloween event as well that will be here to stay.
Also I feel like by this time last year I had been hearing about MM 2010, they were advertising it even at Coachella 2010. I haven't heard or seen one thing about MM 2011.

Haha yes, funny enough I spoke too soon. Got a bunch of Monster Massive flyers last night, but they were advertising it as being at an all new location. I'm pretty sure it will be downsizing. Talk about competition though, all 3 going for the same night.

tempted to buy this early
According to Insomniac's twitter the first wave of artists will be announced at noon on the 27th...before they've made any mention of who's playing at Nocturnal 2011. My only theory is that they're trying to beat the competition on a lineup announcement for Halloween, but even then, nearly everyone is already aware of Monster Massive's lineup, which is actually shaping up to be not so terrible.
My friend also said there's a deal where you can get tickets to both nights of Nocturnal and a ticket to Escape from Wonderland for $125, not 100% sure on if that's true or not but I can totally see Insomniac doing something like that.
You got to love Insomniac telling everyone that they are releasing the lineup at 12:00 PM today. Its 12:40 and still nothing. People are so pissed on FB and provide a very amusing lunch hour for me.
Kaskade will be there. Monklish2.0 and other d-bags rejoice.
4/15: Tama Sumo @ Seattle
4/25: Rolling Coastal Blackout Fever, Sloucher @ The Crocodile
4/27-30: Stagecoach
5/16: Mount Kimbie @ Neumo's
5/25-27: Sasquatch
Lil Jon DJ set
"HIGH END RAP MUSIC! GHETTO STADIUM SHIT! THEY AIN'T WANT US AT THE FESTIVALS
NOW WE WILL RUN THEM!"
-Kanye West
Didn't I see Kaskade playing Nocturnal too? Maybe I'm trippin..
Don't know if its really been advertised heavily but right now at most of the ticket outlets they have a deal if you buy a Nocturnal weekend pass and escape from wonderland ticket they give you a bit of a discount. I think the total price for the package is $137, about $45 a ticket. Not bad.
Nothing yet?

Afrojack is gonna be the headliner......................................... ...............beeep beeep beeeppp beeeep beeep bbeeep
FUCKING BEEEEPPP BEEEEP BEEEEEEP BEEEEEP BEEEEP BEEEEEEEEP BEEEEEp
HAHA Afrojack. Insomniac FAIL!
Disappointing is an understatement. Though it does say A headliner, not THE headliner, so maybe they'll get some better artists. But Afrojack is not headliner material by any stretch of the imagination, not to mention he's at pretty much every goddamn Insomniac event these days.
Agreed.
Damn, now where am I suppossed to go? HARD?
DREAM BIGGER
yea seriously, if i was in cali i would be at shpongle.
