    Default Perfect Albums

What albums would you consider "perfect albums?" This would fall under the criteria of albums that are beyond phenomenal, you don't have to skip any songs, flawless, and/or generally awesome. Here is my list:

The Beatles: Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's, Abbey Road

    Beck: Odelay

    Black Keys: Magic Potion

    Black Sabbath: Paranoid

    Blind Melon: Blind Melon

    Creedence Clearwater Revival: Cosmo's Factory

Daft Punk: Alive 2007, Discovery, Human After All

    Death Cab: Transatlanticism

The Doors: The Doors, Strange Days, and Morrison Hotel

    Dr. Dre: The Chronic

Explosions in the Sky: All of a Sudden, I Miss Everyone

Incubus: Make Yourself, and Morning View

    Jeff Buckley: Grace

Led Zeppelin: Led Zeppelin I, II, and III (IV was good, but I don't like all the songs)

    Massive Attack: Mezzanine

Metallica: Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightening

    Nirvana: Nevermind

Oasis: (What's the Story) Morning Glory

Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon, and Wish You Were Here

Queens of the Stone Age: Queens of the Stone Age

Radiohead: The Bends, Hail to the Thief, In Rainbows, Kid A, and OK Computer.

Rage Against the Machine: Rage Against the Machine, and Evil Empire

    Royskopp: Junior

    Rush: Moving Pictures

    Russian Circles: Enter

    Sigur Ros: ()

    Slipknot: Slipknot, and Iowa

    Soundgarden: Badmotorfinger, and Superunknown

    Spoon: Gimme Fiction

    The Strokes: Is This It

    Tool: Aenema

Weezer: The Blue Album, and Pinkerton

Wilco: Sky Blue Sky, and Summerteeth

There are very few things I think of as truly perfect albums.

Sonic Youth-Daydream Nation is the album that's always conjured in my mind when I think of the term.

Flame away, but Morning View was one of the first to come to mind when I read the thread title. To each his own.

yeah so I know it's not quite Slipknot, but it's the best I can come up with.

also, the OP has some pretty bad taste in music. Even where you pick groups I like, you list their worst album (Sky Blue Sky, e.g.). And your preferences in classic rock make it seem like you just picked up a book and read about it a few days ago.

The classic rock I listed is what I have on my iPod and some of the albums are what I personally consider a perfect album. I know some of the choices could be considered generic (Sgt. Peppers, Morrison Hotel), but some of those albums have stood the test of time and are still considered masterful works of art that people consider great or perfect, even 40+ years later. I've been a classic rock fan all of my life... It's where my musical roots are, so no, I didn't "just pick up a book" or read Rolling Stones Top 100 Albums of All Time, I actually sifted through my iPod and gave my opinion.

Also, when I think of someone having a "bad taste in music," music like Toby Keith, Billy Ray Cyrus, N*Sync, Motion City Soundtrack, Owl City, or [insert some autotuned bullshit here].

People posting images alone should know that naming said band and album is generally considered good form because it means that if the thread goes on for ages, you can easily search to see if something's already been mentioned.
