LOL @ Mystical & MC Hammer playing at the Gathering..... kind of concerning is the fact Goerge Clinton, DJ Quik, E-40, Ice Cube, and Busta Rhymes are playing this. Watch these idiot of fans bottle one of these legends
"dangerous and terrifying helicopter rides with a presumably drunk pilot"
2/28 Warpaint @ Fais Do-Do, 4/10 St. Vincent @ The Cosmopolitan, 5/2 Desert Daze, 5/8-10 Levitation

wait what happened with Tila Tequila last year?
I'm sure they will throw stuff during "U can't touch this" because they're so ironic at this event.
Mystikal and Juvenile are playing this year. When will the Gathering be able to get a Hot Boyz reunion?
I watched the whole informercial. I can't imagine that crowd enjoying Brian Poshen or Scott Tepperman from Ghost Hunters but who knows?
And they promise 2 huge acts that won't be announced until the festival starts.
So watching that video, what is the Neden Game?
I can't wait till Jibbs plays in six years. Chains will be hanging WAY low.
I think one of the surprises is The Flaming Lips performing The Amazing Jeckel Brothers.
I'll be perfectly honest. Sometimes there are these subcultures I look at from afar, and although I know it really isn't my core personality or anything I would want to spend a large portion of my life as, I'd love to be a part of it for just a couple days and see what it's really like.
This isn't one of them.
Plus, they misspelled Juvenile, DJ Quik and (don't ask me how I know this) Kittie in their video, not to mention a "world renown comedian".
Hammer is in trouble. He's much older now and relies heavily on his background dancers as part of his show, which are ALL like mostly young kids.
Im pretty sold on all those wrestlers doing comedy sets. Fuck that sounds awesome.

8/27 Rock the Bells @ Shoreline
9/1 Amon Tobin @ The Warfield
9/30 DJ Premier vs. Pete Rock @ Mighty
If I went, I would have to assimilate into Juggalo culture, wear the clothes, make up, etc.
And I would need a Juggalo spirit guide so I don't get lost somewhere between the free BBQ and the Miss Juggalette contest.
What the hell am I watching right now?
Actually I'd love to be the voice over guy for this thing.
Left-justified text. Interesting choice.
I heard Daft Punk is playing this year.
Cube, X and Busta are 3 of my top 10 fav rappers. Why do they have to be there of all places.
my friend, the mangler, went last year and said it was a good, interesting time. think i posted his review/article earlier in the 2010 thread. it's easy to judge from the outside, but maybe not something that should be done so readily.
