Actually, it's just one.
If Radiohead's music exists on a spectrum with "normal rock and roll" at one end and "confrontational art noise" at the other, this album sits comfortably at the weirdo end of the range.
This is an apt description.
So if "confrontational art noise" is not your bag, this is not a stretch.
Stereogum is awful at ranking albums though.
That was written by two different people. This is what I don't get about attaching publication brands to music reviews. They're not all written by the same person.
Thom Yorke writing a song about eyeballs is like Wesley Eisold writing a song about hands.

I don't think so. I love the AfP music.
I miss talking to TomAz.
We all do. I live in the same city as him (unless he relocated) and rumor has it that at 3:15am if you listen closely and its really really quiet you can hear him telling you to go fuck yourself.
Apparently it was taken down but there was a post on XL Recordings website for Atoms for Peace's debut album. It's called "Amok" and is due out January 28th 2013.
Here's the tracklisting:
Before Your Very Eyes...
Default
Ingenue
Dropped
Unless
Stuck Together Pieces
Judge, Jury and Executioner
Reverse Running
Amok
