A tie between Prince and Bjork
A tie between Prince and Bjork
It's funny how many people interpret this question as "whose music do you like the best"? Cuz that's not what's being asked.
I think I might be a bit relieved if Karin died.
Not that I wish her dead, like, it would just mean that we only had Bjork to worry about.
Being that I've got a ticket to see Portishead later this year, Beth Gibbons's death would be the most bothersome. Karin's would probably be 2nd most due to my having yet to see the Knife, but there's no guarantee they'll actually do a proper tour again. If Win were to die, it would be so out of the blue -- he doesn't seem to have a lifestyle that would contribute to an early death -- and his being the same age as me would probably lead to another mortality crisis, complete with reflections on what I've yet to accomplish thus far.
I thought this poll would be about board members.

Some day, all of these people are going to die (except Bjork), and just thinking about that makes me kinda sad. I didn't vote because its like you're asking me to choose between David Bowie and Prince, and that is obviously impossible.
Paul. Seriously... we'd be left with... JUST RINGO.
None of them. I'm not a neurotic.
Never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.
It tolls for us all. Keep running.
Thom Yorke? Really people?
haha looks like nobody cares too much for PJ, poor girl.
Wow. Shocked by how little love Prince is getting here. He's a musical genius, f'r chrissakes! I guess it shows how passionate fans are for a wide range of music superhumans.
bjork, because my sister would collapse in on herself like a black hole. and i love my sis
i guess i can see where you're coming from with your critique... anyone's death would be upsetting, but it's more upsetting if you're personally invested in the person's contribution to the world and care for that person in a myriad of different ways.

I would have said Bowie with no hesitation... Until I saw Win as an option, my heart sank just at the thought of it:/ And id have to say a strong second would be a tie between Beth and Karin.
I like my world best with Bowie still in it. Even if he's stopped making music.

Karin is still really young and can do great things, plus she is a mom to like a 4 year old or something. That would be sad.
