Poor Skrilly, so much hatred
Poor Skrilly, so much hatred
Skrillex is murdering our youth
That video pretty much sums everything up.

I'm embarrased for both of them. All aboard the doucheraft.
northside groove...southside groove....eastside groove...westside groove
you can really tell the crowd for aoki and skrillex was a bunch of tweenie popers rolling balls since the raft went NO WHERE. rammsteins crowd did it fucking justice, that was pretty much perfect and fast!
this thread is awesome for a good laugh
I went to see Gabriel & Dresden last night and they played a Skrillex track. I walked out immediately. Another good memory from my youth fucking shattered.
If we're lucky something will happen. Some adversity will happen and something unexpected will happen and you'll get tired and you'll get hungry, you'll have trouble going to the bathroom, and you'll lose your car keys, and all these wonderful things will add up to some powerful experience that 10 years from now we'll say "We lived, we lived." - Wayne Coyne on Coachella
If they played this track just like they did on their Essential Mix in 2003 it would've been much better
what is that called?
skrillex haters who walk out of shows because they recognize skrillex tracks remind me of ultra-consertative gay-bashers who get caught with a dick in their mouth..

This dude is really popular over here. The club kids can't stop talking about him. Fantastic.
He's smashingly popular everywhere.. tickets for his show at the glasshouse before edc were going for like $80-$100 on craigslist. Just goes to show how quick he blew up, he could have been booked at the music box easily.

To paraphrase, I think he means that if you recognize a skrillex track (ie have at least once had a dick in your mouth), you're obviously familiar with skrillex (sucking dicks). So leaving a show just because there's a dick in your mouth is like leaving church early because the choir dropped a hymn written by skrillex. Yeah.
Skrillex is good. Don't be jealous of him, just cause he got famous in the edm world quickly. Everyone talks shit because they don't like "scary monsters", and because somewhere along the line someone told them skrillex was "dubstep" and they didn't agree. Its just music. The point of Coachella is to appreciate music. Why can't people just say " not my cup o tea" and be done with it?
