So we can have 1 case of beer per person in the campgrounds, but a case does not imply a quantity of beer. There are 12 packs, 24 packs, 30 packs, 36 packs? If I find a 100 pack does that count as a case?
I'm guessing that if they do not specify the quantity for "a case," then it is up to the individual security staff/checker-in/seachers to determine what is meant by "a case." So, use your own discretion.
Personally, I haven't seen very many cases that are more than 30 beers.
Between the 3 people in my suv last year we had two x 36 cases of domestic beer from Sams Club. Just don't show up with more than that per person over 21. What they want to prevent is somebody bringing a trunk full of beer and re-selling them for maybe $1-$3 each in the campsite competing against the home team's $7 heinekans.
