The first two years (05 and 06) I went, I traveled, attended, and got back home (bay area) for under 500 bucks each time (that includes ticket price, camping tickets, gas, food etc).

I don't remember exactly, but if you call the fest ticket + camping $300....that leaves $200 for souvenirs, food/water, and splitting gas costs, all of which is easily covered in 200 bucks for myself.

If you limit yourself to ~5 beers a day, you can still make a $200 food/drink budget work.

I'm really getting sentimental and trying to figure how to justify this lineup, but I just can't.

I've only purchased beers for other people at Coachella. I just saw it as another way to get dehydrated and to spend more time pissing.

That frozen lemonade budget has remained consistent at $0.
