Flask and mini flashlights purchased! This is my new favorite thread. Thanks Vogina!
This is the link for the 10x30 and it is the best deal by far at only $119.00. It would be great for a large group with 6 car camping spots.
Both come with 4 walls too.
Last year my roommate and I found a 10x10 foot canopy for $20 at Rite-Aid. It was a cheap and kind of shitty one, but it worked perfectly for what we needed. We ended up attaching tarps to two sides of it with zip ties to make a wall to block the sun.
Also, if anyone sees any walkie talkie deals, post them here! I've found some for $20 on Amazon, but I'm hoping a deal pops up. Thanks.

Not so much a sale price, but the best price available for this extremely useful product.
I wrapped 2 rolls of this around my EZ UP 10x10 canopy and slept in my tent, under the canopy until after 10AM each day. Bought 2 more rolls of it today and will be adding grommets to it for even more shade for our site, along with some PVC pipe to hold it up.

This personal air cooler and mister offers the ultimate in portable cooling. The misting unit fits most screw-cap water bottles.
Depending on the temperatures this year us northern folk might be made more comfortable with one of these.
I also wanted to pass along the following link, which I saw mentioned in another post somewhere:
While I haven't used any of the three on offer myself, they can work with lots of devices and seem like a good way to make use of Indio's most natural resource.
This is a great thread, by the way - I hope the suggestions keep on rolling in over the coming months!
Hey all, I'm looking for a shade-blocking solution that I can pack as luggage. Any suggestions? It basically just has to have a bag and be 62" or less (L+W+H). My baggage fees are covered, so that's not an issue. The closest I've found it this, but it has terrible reviews: http://www.sportsauthority.com/produ...ductId=4339529. I also found a popup one at Walmart for $49, but it's 1" too big and I expect the airlines to be complete assholes about it
Not exactly a deal, but this is what I'm planning for my tent:
I read today that zip ties may easily go thru the cloth, making the grommets unneeded.
Every household should have these, anyway. Get them for Coachella and use them for the rest of your life.
I posted this in another thread but its a must to have especially if your parking in the car companion lot. Great for wheeling all your gear in. It saves your muscles & back. Its great for making runs for ice also througout the weekend. Make sure you get one with aluminum or metal wheels cuz the plastic ones are shite. They're about $25 at most places. Bring some bungie cords also if you want to stack sleeping bags & bedding up past the basket. The bungie cords can also be used to secure it to the top of a roof rack if you have one on your car.

Yesterday I went out to check tents and their prices. Sports Authority had a fantastic deal for the Coleman Sundome 4. From $79, it went down to $49. This sale price only applies this week so be sure to check it out.
On their website, though, you can find a Coleman Sundome 3 for $37.49. That is exclusive online.
Just thought you guys should know! It's my first Coachella this year and I can't wait to do this whole camping thing.
Just opened up the solar charger from Macy's -which is sold out now.
Looks pretty solid. I can't use any of the adapters it came with, but I'm pretty sure I have the right ones already from other chargers.
Takes 15-20 hours to fully charge by sun.
Can't wait to give a try.
!! Sleeping bag for cheap. LIMITED SUPPLY!!
That sleeping bag is a great deal. Buying now...
Tent, chair, and sleeping bag from Walmart for $50.00. Seems pretty disposable, but some people are into that. Especially those traveling from afar.
