I saw him open for LCD Soundsystem. Pretty good. I don't remember a lot of it though to be honest. I was just so excited to see LCD.... it was hard to focus.
Hmmm. It makes me wonder if DFA has a recording room that people are told to "come on over and make something".
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
I mean, I can't see this show being much different. He just won't play many (or any) of his own jams.
It will be dope. Fact.
Shit Robot fbook -
a new level in orlando last night.
in the middle of the live show, blonde girl gets up on stage, comes behind the screen and asks, "can you play some dubstep?"
Coachella 07 (the introduction), 08 (the bands), 09 (the documentary), 10 (the people i came with), 11 (the relationship test... we passed), 12 (whatever the weather, Dirty Epic forever), 13 (the year of the troll)
- PEARL JAM WHY YOU HATE COACHELLA? -
I was at that show. good times, but super awkward. All of 40 people were there in a venue that can hold 1,000.
That quote just makes me laugh. I can imagine what the girl probably looked like. F'ing orlando.
In our defense though, it's not like the dub-tards in Orlando are any worse than the dub-tards everywhere else.
Point taken, but the dub-tards are everywhere.
Well, this may cause him to go back behind the scenes again. Let's hope not. He still owes SF a live set!
