yes, no, maybe so.

Even if I spent my whole weekend in the sahara, gobi, and Mohave, seeing "lower tier" acts, it is still worth the trip. An act like Miss Ga works great for me to thin out the herd. On the other hand on the off chance there were no other acts playing I wanted to see, I had no need of a portopot stop, I had already eaten, I'd already spent my record budget at the record store, and had enough of just laying on the sweet green grass, I'd check her act out for a few minutes.
I voted, but this thread is no help to preventing the situation. There really is enough threads about her. I would want her there if she wore the meat dress and was on stage with lions and tigers and bears, just imagine how much better of a place the world would be.
Lady Gaga playing Coachella isn't so much dependent on her appearance, but on the rest of the lineup. You lock us up alone on a Polo Field together and someone's gonna get cut. You bring Underworld to the party and we're cool.
It would have been alright if they booked her in 2008. Hell, my Seattle high-school operated dance radio station booked her for a small listener appreciation party in 08'. But now....no thanks. Will take her over Jack Johnson any year though.
Is it a bucket list check off? Kind of.
I would check her out for a couple of songs, just to have my own opinion of her live show. Will the Sahara be off the chain while shes on the main stage? Yes.

I'd much rather have gaga there as opposed to any other new pop artists.

im not liking all this lady gaga/eminem/kanye west talk. wtf ?
No, absolutely not.
these posts have been going well down with some gin and Fizzy Lizzy raspberry lemon.
Quick question, has anyone else here actually held a fetus? They're not very cute.
Yes, because I wouldn't pay to see her on her own tour. However, huge spectacle at Coachella? Yesssss.
I could care less about the chick either way. It's the little monster fans of hers that would show up in droves from L.A. ala Madonna 06' that worry me. Her fans are younger than Madonnas though and have the energy to hang out ALL DAY and ruin everything! lol
I would like it if she drew away from other stages, allowing me to see bands I want to see. I would not like it if she cost so much, it prevented goldenvoice from booking bands I want to see.
Upcoming: 04/10/15-04/12/15 - Coachella Weekend One; Foo Fighters - 09/27/15 (Isleta Amphitheater - Albuquerque, NM)
