Anyone else think this is the end of one of the worst campaigns of all time?
Kerry was pretty embarrassing too
he reminds me of Katy Perry
Kerry, although a goof on his best days, was an honorable man. Smart too. Not good at campaigning for president.
Mitts also sucks at campaigning for president. Difference is he is also a smirking asshole who has a relatively large cross section of his voting constituency that is borderline treasonous.
This whole misstep today with Mittens slamming Obama on a statement he never made and trying to score political points on the death of innocents is a serious low in an otherwise dull election cycle.

I thought this was a pretty good article: http://www.cnn.com/2012/09/13/opinio...html?hpt=hp_t2
By point of comparison, when Ronald Reagan was confronted with the downed-helicopter rescue mission ordered by President Jimmy Carter to save the American hostages in the U.S. Embassy in Iran, he did not see it as opportunity to score political points. Instead, Reagan said, "This is the time for us as a nation and a people to stand united." Likewise, George H.W. Bush, then also running for president, said "I unequivocally support the president of the United States -- no ifs, ands or buts -- and it certainly is not a time to try to go one-up politically. He made a difficult, courageous decision."

this election really isn't that hard to understand.
Once you get past all the blowhard white guys like Tom and their white guy problems you find that the Republicans are slipping with Women and the Latino vote...
That means they lose. The End.
Is Rove working with him?
The reporting is that Mitt's decision to go the full Palin on the riots (and double down on it the next morning) was driven by the political and policy ends of his campaign, and was explicitly endorsed and driven by Mitt himself. He seems to really believe that Obama is an apologizer-in-chief, etc. More than a little unnerving.
Do your pasty white inbred gene defect neighbors buy that line, Mitch?
