Never saw Summer Heights, but if it's anything like Ja'mie, perhaps there are better wastes of my time.
I'm surprised Brian wasn't killed by the by Fonzie on waterskis.
This has probably been mentioned before but I just sat through an hour long block of The Big Bang Theory for the first time (not by choice). If you find this show even the least bit amusing, go piss in a junction box. When the San Andreas fault opens up again alongside the greater Los Angeles area, I truly hope that the first thing it levels is whatever sound stage that god forsaken piece of shit is filmed on.
I finally signed up for Hulu this weekend and started watching Misfits. It started a little slow and I didn't really care for any of the characters at first, but now I can't stop watching!
also, anyone know where I can stream The Americans?
Here's a tv-watching confession I have: I have never ever seen a singular episode of Friends.
Also, I watched Dharma & Greg for a short period, if only because I got it confused with Will & Grace, and was wondering when Greg was going to confess to Dharma that he was gay.
At least Homeland will come back fresh in season 4...
Once Upon a Time's midseason finale was fantastic and solidified what a great year that show has been having.
Still two episodes behind on Masters of Sex...will try to finish it tonight. What did you guys think of the finale?
The last couple Once Upon a Time episodes were pretty good but I thought the entire Pan arc lasted way too long. Though, I'm curious to see what happens post-storybrook and really anxious to see The Wicked Witch.
Once:Wonderland on the other hand is terrible. I keep on watching because I want it to be good, but it isn't.
I don't know if anyone watches Parenthood, but this season has been really good and the last few episodes before the break had me in tears for all kinds of reasons.
Just watched the Blue Eyed Butcher on Lieftime. Sitting on the couch with my mom. This is how I spent waayyyy too many nights during my teenage years. Cue the gay jokes.
My favorite half hour shows of the year:
2. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
3. South Park
4. Arrested Development
5. Parks and Recreation
7. 30 Rock
9. Hello Ladies
10. The Office
7/30: The Chemical Brothers @ The Armory
7/31: Worker/Parasite @ Underground SF
8/7-8/9: Outside Lands Music Festival
8/8: Holly Herndon @ The Chapel
8/11: Screaming Females @ The Rickshaw Stop
8/14: John Roberts, Laurel Halo @ f8
8/20: Sales @ The Rickshaw Stop
8/22-23: FYF Fest
8/29: King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard @ The Rickshaw Stop
I keep hearing how good Parenthood is so I'll give it a shot in time. Same with Scandal and The Good Wife.
I really wish I had taped The Americans because it is not easy to find a good stream for it right now :-/
I'll PM it to you later tonight xan
Did anyone else watch the Returned which aired on the Sundance channel in the US?
Two episodes into The Americans and I am in love. That pilot was amazing.
"Favorite TV Movie of the Week"
also, White Collar S4 on Netflix
