Curious if any Coachella go-ers are going to Glastonbury 2010. It's a solid lineup, the trip is going to be fucking insane though.
Is this a fucking joke?
If not, how the hell did you miss "The Official 2010 Glastonbury Coachella Board Meetup" thread? It's at the top of this very same forum you posted in. It has 2,754 replies. I'm sure it will answer any questions you could possibly have.
Stop being an idiot. Thanks.

And yeah, I mean, we all got tickets...
I'm registered and planning on going. Now just waiting to see if I can grab tickets in a couple weeks.
Trying to not get my hopes up. But i plan on attacking T day with everything i got.
i would love to go to this, but i dont know if i can make it to england just yet. what's the return policy on tickets?
April 24 - Queens of the Stone Age
April 26-28 - Levitation
The tickets are reserved with a deposit and if you decide you can't go before the balance is due, then you just don't pay it.Tickets for Glastonbury Festival are personalised with a photo of the ticket holder and cannot be transferred to another recipient.
If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact Seetickets on 0844 412 4626 before midnight May 3rd 2013. A Ł10 administration charge will be retained from all refunded tickets.
You may wish to purchase the optional TicketPlan Protection under our Master Policy, so that a refund of the value of your Ticket (including Booking Fee) can be provided to you if you cannot attend the Festival due to the circumstances set out in the Terms and Conditions. TicketPlan Protection is subject to an additional Ł4.75 per person when paying the balance for your tickets.
TicketPlan Protection provides cover for a range of unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you being able to attend the Festival. To read a summary of the Terms and Conditions please visit http://glastonbury.seetickets.com/co...cketplan-terms
Please note that the TicketPlan Protection policy will not cover the loss of your ticket, or any circumstances which could be considered foreseeable (e.g. examinations, pre-arranged medical procedures or work commitments).
Alternatively, you may wish to check whether your ticket is covered by your own personal insurance.
Tickets are non-refundable after the deadline of May 3rd. However, if you bought the TicketPlan Protection for your ticket and if your reason for not being able to come is covered by the policy, a claim can be made by contacting the Ticketplan helpline on 0844 884 1031
Any ticket deposits for which the balance has not been paid by April 8th 2013 will be automatically refunded to the card on which they were booked; with a Ł10 administration charge retained and all tickets will be cancelled. Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure your ticket balance is paid on time.
Unfortunately, if tickets are delivered to ticket holders, and subsequently lost, destroyed or misplaced, we cannot replace them.

Any tips for a first time Glastonbury attendee? I'm trying to figure out what I should start buying now or if it's better to just buy supplies there. (rain boots, camping supplies and any other necessities) Also what would be a good price on a ticket to London from LAX at that time? Thanks!

Welll think about this. Are you willing to spend almost double on everything when you get there? And if youre lucky maybe $1200'if you get a pretty good fare on sale.
I sprung for a site at worthy view, so I don't need a tent. But I do plan on bringing boots and sleeping supplies with us as opposed to buying them there.
...
@GlastoFest: The resale date for tickets returned by those deciding not to pay their balances (between April 2-8) will be Sunday, April 21.@GlastoFest: We won't know how many tickets are in the resale until after the ticket balance payment window has closed on April 8.
Probably better getting practical stuff you need in the US, it will cost twice as much in England-especially London. Try comparing the price of something like Levi 501's in US and UK. Also, with many cheaper tents you will want to waterproof seal the seams. Seen so many people get waterlogged at UK festivals because they don't do this. That needs to be done before you use the tent.
As for flight, I would consider flying to Birmingham or Manchester rather than London if you are going to wait.
