I have had actual college graduates charged with the preservation of the lives of the injured, sick, and infirmed argue that a "point was MUTE". Actually arguements, multiple times, multiple people. I've given up the fight, let ignorance reign.

I get irrationally mad when I hear "libary" and "fustrated."

Also, #19 makes me laugh each time I hear it.

I've probably done #6. I think I use those interchangeably.

I've definitely been doing #4 and #24 wrong. Does anyone really say Home in?

    I've heard "horn in" before.

Also, I had no idea #4's proper usage was "think' and not 'thing.'

When lazy, I succumb to #6.

#24: 'hone in' is now in some dictionaries, though with a usage note.

    #4 is plain wrong.

I think I agree with the remaining list.

I am surprised to not see "Should of vs. Should have," which is extremely common and makes me crazy. And no "little lone" either.
