Happens the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. It's put on by Rhymesayers... the label run by Atmosphere, and has Brother Ali, Freeway, P.O.S., Eyedea and Abilities, etc.

Pretty solid lineup for a local hip hop fest. If the weather is nice that day, the parking could be a nightmare. Because it's done at Canterbury Park horse track, and they get 10,000 people there for live racing on a nice day.

I'm actually kinda bummed I won't be there this year. I really don't understand why they spent the money on Mac Miller, totally takes away from the top line.

Busta Rhymes is my favorite rapper. Fuck. I still haven't seen him either. I got kicked out of his show before he started in 2001 at First Avenue. I tried using a fake and the bouncer almost called the cops and then I snuck in on the side entrance and the bouncer who didn't let me in saw me with a beer in my hand, freshly 17 years old.
I've seen almost everyone else on this years lineup that I am interested in so I'm not too mad about not being able to make it, except for Busta. I really hope he does shows for another few years.
