Damn. That sucks. Glad I got to see them at Psych Fest though.

April 24 - Queens of the Stone Age
April 26-28 - Levitation
Looks as though Loop might live, just with a different lineup:
Tho' I am very saddened that the last line-up of LOOP cannot continue in it's current form, after much soul searching and with incredible support of people who are very close and dear to me, I have decided to continue LOOP in another form.
4/15: Tama Sumo @ Seattle
4/25: Rolling Coastal Blackout Fever, Sloucher @ The Crocodile
4/27-30: Stagecoach
5/16: Mount Kimbie @ Neumo's
5/25-27: Sasquatch
Glad too I saw them at Psych Fest--sort of still pissed I didn't go to the Philly show too, but their Austin set was amazing.
The Unicorns are officially back and opening for Arcade Fire in Brooklyn and CA.
well now I need to get an LA ticket. This is so awesome.
Classic Genesis Lineup reunion would be wayyyyy better than a Kinks reunion.

Especially if they have the whole theatrical performance stuff, it would be a must see for me. Shoot I want to see Music Box , a genesis classic line up, to see the theatrical props and costumes.
Would somebody please tell Peter Gabriel that I love him but the goatee has to go. It is not 2004 any more.
I'm lukewarm on reunited Genesis. If they played The Lamb Lies Down in its entirety, that'd be way cool. But if the set was full of shit off Duke and Abacab, it would suck. Really I'd rather have solo Gabriel over any of it.
Also fuck you Zach for "wayyyyyyyy better than a Kinks reunion". That's just plain ignorant.
The Kinks reunion has already stated that they want to focus on new material than do a greatest hit setlist. Just make me kinda go oh-no- ah
I don't understand the point of even comparing the two reunions to each other.

8/7/16 - Sufjan Stevens @ Hollywood Bowl // 8/8/16 - Radiohead @ Shrine // 8/8/16 - Boris @ Regent
9/14/16 - Wilco @ Theatre at Ace Hotel // 9/18/16 - Kraftwerk @ Hollywood Bowl
Regardless that they are not alike I would be comparing what would be a bigger reunion act.
Apparently Death Grips is over.
"we are now at our best and so Death Grips is over. we have officially stopped. all currently scheduled live dates are canceled. our upcoming double album "the powers that b" will still be delivered worldwide later this year via Harvest/Third Worlds Records. Death Grips was and always has been a conceptual art exhibition anchored by sound and vision. above and beyond a "band". to our truest fans, please stay legend."
This ain't no middle of the mall shit.
What. The. Fuck.

They'll just "get back together" via some ridiculous stunt in a day or two.
Twice now they've cancelled on FFF Fest. Motherfuckers.

Good riddance. Cool music, terrible people. No respect for their fans.
