Thanks to everyone else who made recommendations. Page 120. Got it!
i generally search for open meters myself, there is no reason to pay for parking in arizona!!! if you get there early enough (but still after 5 or 6, whenever they stop charging), you can find meters a few blocks down. i also search west of US airways. my car is always there lol.
there will be beer at the show and food in several locations. i believe there are even bars with hard liquor, but i could be wrong. i think my dad and i stopped at one during the black keys. but it's a sports arena, so expect to pay sports arena prices.
Yes absolutely worth it. Mangum will sell out today. Crescent tweeted that there are not many tickets left.
This ain't no middle of the mall shit.
...and they're gone.

Ask him if he remembers drinking on an off-night in Vail, CO (late 90s) that led to everyone getting kicked out of the West Vail Lodge because someone pissed in the hotel lobby. He might not since Warsaw has had a bunch of rotating members around the Poland brothers.
If anyone comes across an extra Mangum @ Crescent ticket, I'm looking to buy one.

I missed out the Mangum tickets but i'm ok with it. I actually expected it to not sell out for a week. We are only talking about 500 tickets so I guess that's not surprising. I'm a casual fan and got my fill at ATP in 2011 but I still would have checked this show out because it's such a small venue close to home.

Full disclosure - I am one of the resident DJ's on Wednesdays![]()
Why in gods green earth would you plan for such "phenomenal" DJs on a fucking Wednesday night? Not trying to be a dick but some of us have to work![]()
northside groove...southside groove....eastside groove...westside groove
No one wants to be in Phoenix on a Friday/Saturday night. They want to be in LA.
I miss talking to TomAz.
We all do. I live in the same city as him (unless he relocated) and rumor has it that at 3:15am if you listen closely and its really really quiet you can hear him telling you to go fuck yourself.
I know people that hit up Bar Smith every single Wednesday for the DJ's. They don't even show up until 11PM. It's my goal to somehow attend one of these and still make it to work the next morning. I assume cocaine help ... or something.
I used to do that when I was 21 and didn't have a job.

In case of Coachella conflicts:
Father John Misty @ Crescent Ballroom on May 5th.
Even though I look like one, I'm not a cop.
Coachella 10, 12.1, 13.1, 14.2, 15.1, 16.2
SXSW 14
Lalapalooza 94
If anyone is on the fence about FJM, I definitely suggest seeing them live. I still don't love the album, but Tillman is an incredible showman. The set is packed with humor and his voice is excellent live. The on stage banter is worth the price of admission alone.

James Zabiela- Wed. 2.10.13 @ Bar Smith!!
I have two tickets to Louis C.K. on February 15th for the 7:00 PM show. The seats are in Section A-1, row 9, seats 3 and 4. I'll take face value for the pair. Just send me a message if interested.
