    Default Bring back Black Mountain

They got shafted by the Roger Waters confliction in 2008. They aren't touring, but they'd be a great add even though it's entirely unlikely.

i thought last year they'd make it up to them for Gogol'ing them.. but i'll take them in any form, at any time, on any stage..

they were the BEST show i caught last year in a club venue..

they did get screwed with that waters conflict, although i saw them later that year and they killed it. i was hoping for them or Sleepy Sun. but oh well, the lineup rocks, maybe in '11

they will certainly have a new album out by then, and i think Goldenvoice respects that their show is really fucking amazing and will probably invite them back to make up for the Waters conflict. truly the loudest, most bangin straight-ahead rock band in my catalogue.

I left RW to check out BM. The place was deserted.

    well... yeah

why GV scheduled the only two 70's sounding stoner rock acts on the entire lineup to conflict i'll never know... i still think somebody confused Black Mountain and Black Kids, which would've made more sense following Murs..(and variety to Waters/Justice)

They absolutely killed it at the Echoplex last year, I'm all for them being added or touring again or whatever.
