Thread: Best Western Date Tree

    Default Best Western Date Tree

I was wondering if someone here could help me out with some info.

At Coachella 2007 I stayed at the Date Tree Best Western but I did not stay in an actual room and camped out in front for I think 40 bucks a night.

I was wondering if they hotel still have this offer during Coachella? I tried to search for an answer but I couldn't mind anything mentioning camping there since 2007.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Hahah last year we paid a little more than $40 a person to sleep inside a shitty hotel for the whole weekend.

40 dollars split 4 ways was a pretty sweet deal.

Got to use the showers, pool and free breakfast. Bets of both world in my opinion.

Good point on the phoning them myself but I figured someone on here could give me the answer.

    MHova,
I used to work at the Date Tree. 2007 was the last year we allowed guests to park/camp on the Hotel grounds. Indio PD called and told us we could be fined for these arrangements so it was discontinued.

dontfeedthebird, I stand corrected. I left the Date Tree in late 07 so it is possible that they allowed some campers the last two years. I now remember that the hotel advised guests not to have the tents visible from the main street in front.
