Anyone in Seattle going on the 30th? I'm flirting with going to Cold Cave instead but these guys are too good to miss.
I'm just gonna put this Simian Mobile Disco Essential Mix right here...
"All of you coachella 'regulars' have nasty boy pussies and itchy dick4's on your asses.
Why don't you all make like a tree and get chopped down and die. You all have been dreadfully mean to me.
I Hate you. All of you. None of you will ever get to see a womans chest meat or finger blast hott cougies like me.
Fuck you all. Consider this my resignation.
Fair the well, you elitest scumbags."

they are so great live - and the last time they were in LA at the Mayan was one of my best SMD experiences ever
they recently said that they're working on a new album for later this year that's 100% vocal-free techno. that's gonna be something to behold
I guess im one of the few....but Ive been incredibly disappointed both times ive seen them live (HHM 08, EDC 09). Yes, its cool watching them pull switches and run around on analog equipment, and i have the utmost respect for their artistic creativity, but its just too slow when raving and both sets have been incredibly boring. And the setup/breakdown is a killer for momentum.... Im all for a djset though
UNDERWORLD - 2015 - THE PRODIGY
I listened to about 35 minutes of their essential mix and was bored, but I really enjoyed seeing them live. I can see how they're probably more enjoyable in a smaller setting rather than a large rave, too.

their show at the henry fonda back in march, however, was brilliant. i was stone sober and dancing my ass off the whole time. so yeah, i guess their live shows seem to be better suited for those smaller venues

Sahara 08 was great also.
They are on my top "to see" list. Check out this vid of them going through their live setup and how they play live...good stuff!
