You Americans know how to throw a good party. After getting myself excited for 6months in anticipation of Coachella I wasnt let down at all!
The sound quailty at all stages I thought was clear as a bell and actual setup of Coachella is great. No cues for food or beers all festival....
Met some fukin cool people from all over the globe there, Canada, Mexico, England and of course Americans. Me and my mate got sooo wasted with these 2 Canadian blokes on the Saturday, Soo wasted infact I lost my Digital Camera and my mate lost his wallet with his I.D in it. That will teach my mate for thinking he is a QTR back for the Green Bay Packers!
If you dont camp at Coachella, You bloody should be! Its an experience in itself. At our Australian festivals you wouldnt ever see a convey of about 150 people all running around the campgrounds chanting 'WE LOVE COACHELLA, WE LOVE COACHELLA'(that might also be because Coachella isnt an Australian festival).
Musical highlights ya cant go past Paul McCartney on Friday night, not that I know all too much about The Beatles, Id have to say he hasnt lost any of his talent or his showman skills, great showww!!! Also being an Aussie of course I checked out The Presets in the Sahara and they went off, although they did butcher the fuck out of there best song 'Are You The One', i much prefer the original version.
Ida Maria was a great way to start my musical viewing on Saturday. TRV$DJ-AM was another great set to go off to, Bohemian Rapisody went spastic! The Killers and M.I.A were fucking awrsome also!!!!!
Sunday was a much more relaxed day for me, I was starting to finally feel my Jetlag. Still managed to go pretty nuts to Lupe Fiasco and Yeah Yeah Yeah's.
If I can afford it, ILL BE BACK!!!!!
