Greeting Coachella people!!
This will be my first year there, and I am simply elated for the oppurtunity to go!
My name is Joker (real name to be disclosed later on.) I'm 28 and just got introduced to mass events last year in California at Nocturnal Wonderland.
I'm a huge EDM fan but also appreciate all types of music, I can't wait to see Motorhead and Queens of Stone Age.
I missed the pre-sale and purchased a ticket off a friend who decided to travel internationally instead of hitting up Coachella.
Where this is going; I missed my opportunity to purchase a camping pass. I have no solid plans for somewhere to camp which un-eases me.
I would like to know if a group is open to grabbing up a new individual to partake in this fantastic event? I have a 4 person tent and I'm willing to supply necessities (food, food, and good food.)
I'd rather pay for food for a weekend than getting a crazy expensive hotel for the weekend plus, camping is the best way to experience Coachella I hear. There are still companion car camping passes available for parking, as I am renting a car and driving in from ONT (Ontario,CA).
So, thanks for reading, and I hope to be able to meet some new people!! *edit* Weekend 1 of course ^.^

i hope the bro contingent of coachella is well represented this year
Is it too soon to have hologram Lou Reed play?
This is how I do Coachella!!!
Oh no! Haha, as soon as I saw the first second of the dog gif, I NOPE'd right out of there.
Who has their passes? Mine is finally on its way!
Still haven't gotten my shipping info yet, though every year Coachella sends my shipping info like a week after I receive my passes, so I imagine I should be getting it any day now

I got notification my package was out for delivery this morning, so I stayed home to wait for it. I'm dying here. It's the first day it's been sunny and 50 out in forever, and I am stuck inside my apartment...waiting...hopefully it will be here soon so I can out this afternoon.
Anyone have a good small, cheap tent recommendation? I don't want to lug my 4 person out to CA this year; I need the space for flying home with beer.
Just got my passes, after arguing with the post office. They showed signed and delivered this morning even though I did not get them. 1 hour after speaking with the post office they showed up with my box. I also have a 2 person tent, it's kind of small though. Its TNF Tadpole 23, let me know if you need it.
My pass got here in the afternoon. I actually have a nice mailman. UPS, on the other hand, are a bunch of assholes.
You guys are so nice! Thank you for offering a tent to borrow. That would definitely help me out.
I usually leave before the sun is up on Monday, but this year I have a red-eye home, so I can "sleep in". I am not sure if that works for either of you? Obviously I can get up early, but I would ideally want it Sunday night. As long as I can fit inside, it will work for me. I can keep my suitcase in the trunk of the car.
Everyone's a Photographer
But instead of getting my blood pressure up, I just waited for today.
The carrier just came through with the goods, wristband and car camping for Weekend 1 received.
Hey procrastinator people! A friend and myself are looking for a ride and campsite to share. We are willing to pay for everything (campsite $, gas) and would love to meet some new amigos. We are 26 year old chill dudes and are located in the central coast of cali.
My passes are waiting in the post office. Stupid signature confirmation; I have a locked mailbox, smh.
Hey! I'm coming from UK alone and am currently homeless for coachella weekend 1 😁 was wondering if anyone here had room in their tent for a friendly Brit travelling for an adventure 😛 also if anyone has room in their car i would love to hitch a ride traveling from LA
I'll repay in booze!
I wonder how many people will forget to activate their wristband? or if it's not actually "mandatory"?
My box arrived today.
Now, the questions:
(a) can someone pick me up in Ontario on Thursday morning?
(b) can someone give me a ride back to (somewhere where public transit to LAX is feasible) on Monday morning?
I *can* manage to and from the polo grounds using only my feet and public transportation, but it's not ideal.
33 y/o male from San Francisco camping solo this year. I have room available to share. Split cost of camping costs/food/drink/rental. I also have a companion parking pass.
Looking for people to carpool/camp with from SF Bay Area. Leaving SF Wednesday night ~1-2AM. Leaving Coachella Monday morning.
PM me if interested.
Is there an update on how many cars and how many motherfuckers we have for the weekend???
