Blonde on Blonde is my favorite album of all time. I'll be more effusive when I'm not on a time crunch at work, but "I Want You" never fails to make me feel euphoric and "One of Us Must Know (Sooner or Later)" is so majestic and "Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands" is one of my favorite closing tracks of any album.

That's probably my favorite Dylan song right there. Cliche, maybe, but I remember hearing it for the first time when I was around 10ish and immediately making my parents drive me somewhere where I could buy Blood on the Tracks.

At this conference I was at last week they had Rock Band in the hospitality suite and so me & a couple guys did "Tangled" (me on vocals, I'm worthless on the other parts) and we had the high score for the night.
