Who was the opener(s) in '09?
Well isnt Bumbershoot run by Live Naion? It is a live nation tour for the most part.
Are they big enough to do 4 Texas shows? Are Springsteen/DM the best 2 headliners of any 2013 international festival?

Webcast sounds good suprisingly. Cue Jen wanting to hear Barrel of A Gun on the tour...... New songs sound interesting to say the least....
2. Should Be Higher
3. Walking in My Shoes
4. Barrel of a Gun
6. Personal Jesus
7. Soft Touch/Raw Nerve
8. Soothe My Soul
9. Enjoy The Silence
They just streamed live from Letterman. Encore performance is starting now:
The correct answer is "It's No Good". Useless is a close 2nd though.
Dave looked like a beat up boxer last night. Nevertheless, the wife wants to go see them (him).
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
It's their first live performance in several years; I'm sure you're just seeing rust.
That being said, I was worried I wouldn't like the new stuff because of the SOFAD comparisons, but I really like what I'm hearing in my headphones. I'm sure the performance is sounding flat in some areas because of the soundsystem there and the translation to TV (never a good thing). Soft Touch Raw Nerve is fantastic--synthy and campy. Soothe My Soul is very Personal Jesusy to me--the beats in the background are similar. Heaven is ok but not my favorite. All in all, I think this tour is going to be really loud and dancy.
Bitches in the front row be dancing way off beat.
2013 = Coverchella
2011 = Perfectchella
these ticket prices sure are expensive, nosebleeds it is
Yeah... I'm not mad about the ticket price (although I'm a 30-something)
$130 for the Staples Center? I'm completely comfortable with buying four tickets at that price point (or at least, I'm gunning for two tickets for each night)
OOF i am not too happy about those prices, especially right at tax time. Fuck.
I'm too lazy to look up the pricing structure right now, what is it?
EDIT: All I see right now is a range, $49.50 - $129.50
49.50 to 129.50 is expensive idc what people say. I guessing the Max price covers floor and not some VIP box
