1) no debt. Parents don't believe in work "getting in the way" of school work. Ass backwards.
2) yeah, I'm at an ARCHITECTURE firm... but the next job will be in graphic design (I'm mostly self-taught)
Working on the Masters right meow.
BA from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and minor in Music. Decided i didn't want to work in film/tv my senior year but it was too late by then to change my major. Soooo, I added a minor. Close enough right?
What do you play?
I don't play anything. I'm more of a behind the scenes kinda girl. I studied ethnomusicology. I'm trying to find work in live entertainment.
No but, concerts/festivals and such things.
"Who is this doing this synthetic type of Alpha Beta psychedelic funkin'?"

I have a master's degree in political science. Oh shit, I am out of toilet paper, I need to wipe my ass with that degree.
I need to get a master's in something. Or a degree in something other than English Lit (which I have).
it's summer, baby.
Bachelors of engineering with I.T stream.
Stuck in college
A. of Sci. with one year left for my BA in Geology.
I earned my Master's of Science in Marine Affairs from the University of Washington in 2010 while also earning two Master's level certificates; Environmental Management and Global Trade, Transport & Logistics. I wrote my thesis analyzing the viability and impact of utilizing the Northern Sea Route (waterway above Russia connecting Europe to the Pacific) as a maritime transportation corridor.
Since then, I have worked as a Civil Servant at the County level for 3 different agencies (Elections, Assessor and Ethics). All of which, are not directly related to my field of study, but I do utilize the Poly Sci, Business and analytical skills I honed while in my graduate program. Also, when I was initially hired, my manager told me my Master's Degree was the tipping point in my favor over the next candidate. This in addition to having a phenomenal time in Grad School made the extra shit ton in student loans worth every penny.
