Biggest difference so far is the memory usage...firefox rapes my computers resources (like 155-200,000k at a time!!! - uncalled for)...Chrome ain't like that all, at least from what I see...plus each tab is treated like its own window kind of, so if one dies it doesn't kill the whole browser (which is an awesome feature - no more huge crashes).
The layout is cool too....I like how tabs are at the very top...it doesn't seem as cluttered as Firefox. Plus I like how Form fields are highlighted so you know when and if it's okay to hit enter or not.
So far I like it...I wouldn't have a problem using this as my default. I can't stand Safari, or IE, or Opera...so it's really between this and firefox, and so far, props to google.
