It has nothing to do with shitting on Seattle as much as it is that they already have the best defense the the league. Not like Allen is going to a middle of the road defense where adding him makes them a real threat. With or without Allen Seattle D is already scary to the opposing QB. Also take into note that Offensive lines are overall better in the NFC West then the North.

True, but if Melton doesn't fully regain his form coming back from injury this year, the Cowboys could cut ties with him and they would potentially have a stud 3-tech replacement on a rookie contract to take over (Donald).

I could see Sanchez going to the Seahawks as a backup if nobody throws him a bone.

That will never happen. We just resigned Tarvaris Jackson and the last thing we need is two backups getting paid more than our starter. I doubt we even carry a third QB on our roster.

It would be an absolute pleasure to see Sanchez and Barkley holding matching clipboards while Nick Foles shows them what an NFL starter looks like. Maybe they can sign Matt Leinart to their practice squad.

Being that they addressed a lot of their holes in Free Agency they can actually go BPA if they'd like... My gut tells me their biggest holes are at Safety and TE where depending on who falls could mean a number of options... At Tight End I think if Eric Ebron falls (doubtful) they won't blink... At Safety Ha Ha Clinton Dix is a cover safety (center fielder if you will) and Calvin Pryor is a hard hitter who provides an inside presence. Other options could be to continue stacking the o-line with a guard/tackle hybrid like Zack Martin, a versatile pro-ready LB like CJ Mosley, or even a young pass rusher with a ton of upside like Dee Ford. I personally don't think they address the young QB need until the middle rounds where there is a ton of talent to develop with Palmer like Logan Thomas, Jimmy Garropolo, Zack Mettenberger, Aaron Murray, etc...

If he has at least 2 years of productivity left in him, I'll be happy. Just like Peppers, Allen is aging. Unlike Peppers, Allen has kept up a good level of production. I'm optimistic about this.

I agree with Sasha. Best player available. do you take a RT in the 1st round? i think if a great one is there you do. But if not, take someone else. inside LB. safety. whatever's there and looking good. I don't think they take a QB.

Notre Dame fan. Pete Carroll is the only good thing to emerge from SC in my lifetime and that's just because I'm a Seahawks fan.

Yep, and the best part about that situation is that he doesn't even care. The kid is a little over-religious for my tastes and probably holds some unfortunate political beliefs but other than that he's too good to be true. He'll get his top-10 QB money next year and in the meantime the Seahawks will keep winning Superbowls. John Schneider is the best in the business.
