Yeah. My toppings aren't THAT fancy, but I am pretty proud of the fact that all my crusts are homemade. The first one was a cornmeal crust, the second was a caprese pizza with a plain white flour crust. Simple and tasty.
I don't want to bump that shitstorm birdie thread, so I am here to acknowledge that I was wrong about the pizza stone/cornmeal issue/argument I had with Tom and Bryan. turns out that if you get the stone super hot in advance, you don't need cornmeal to prevent sticking. And my pizza came out way better. So, sorry guys. I was wrong.
