Mmmm. Last weekend, I did a white pizza with a good olive oil base, fresh mozzarella, balsamic and cabernet-soaked figs, and fresh rosemary.
High five on that. I used TJs dough because I was cooking for 11. And I am a lazy bastard.

I don't want to bump that shitstorm birdie thread, so I am here to acknowledge that I was wrong about the pizza stone/cornmeal issue/argument I had with Tom and Bryan. turns out that if you get the stone super hot in advance, you don't need cornmeal to prevent sticking. And my pizza came out way better. So, sorry guys. I was wrong.
