Going solo is the best because you can move when adn where you want to be. My biggest regret is not being gay lol, they have all the fun almost all the sex I saw going on the campground was boys. I want to see a skiny naked hippy chick at Roger Waters lol Then I can die happy
I went yesterday for the first time. I don't have huge regrets, but these two are a bit annoying.
When we first got there, I was surprised with VIP passes. Yeah, Yay!!
However, during both the Rocanteurs and The Verve, they were cleaning the bathrooms and the line was long, slow and annoying. I spent half of both band's sets there.
But, they were not what made me want to go to Coachella yesterday, so still had an awesome time.
Biggest regret this year:
Not buying a VIP wrist band from the guy out front who told me that he was rogue wave's manager and that he needed gas money so he was going to sell me a wrist band for $10, but I declined because I was certain they were fake, then I came to find out that they were real after I looked at that poster on the gate that shows you what all the wristbands are.
this year i'd say holding back my tears at the end of DSOTM cause i didnt want to weird out the people i was with. instead i was just focused on being "normal". as a result the experience felt sorta incomplete. oh well, it was still amazing
i'm not the type to hold back in those situations, next time i will cry like a bitch and not care. lesson learned
My biggest regret is not talking to the Happy Coachella dude when I saw him. My Coachella crush....
'01 '02 '03 '04 '06 '07 '08 '09 '10 '11 '12 '13, 14, 15...
btw....my biggest regret ever was missing soulwax too...big fail on my part...oh yeah...and I danced backwards into a pool, fully clothed (with my cell phone in my pocket and a bag of party favors) at a pre-party...really embarassing...there were all these peckerhead LA heads there (D-rate celebreties)...and the fucking DJ stopped the music while I was in the pool and everybody was like whos the idiot in the pool...I didnt even know what happened...
-Getting there late on Friday in 2007 and missing out on meeting Mike Patton
-Getting there late on Sunday in 2007 and missing Soulwax
- Wasting my time watching Sonic Youth because my friend wanted to see them...and missing Faithless because that
-Tripping balls on acid for Tool in 2006, although Massive Attack was really awesome, it just those Tool visuals and lyrics got to my head
-Only going day 1 in 2004, but that was my first year and i wasnt familiar with half the bands on day 2, not like it would have mattered
My biggest regret? Probably not getting enough sleep before Coachella 08. I had to produce five days of work in three to attend the festival with no worries in Seattle. More rest coming in would have been wise...

My biggest regret was not buying the 2008 Sahara Tent t-shirt on time. I waited too long.
missing Rodrigo and Gabriela
I miss Bill Hicks.
Being in the front of RATM set. That was hell...not worth it!
I was trying to hold my ground and help this poor girl that was
getting smashed. I hope that she made it.
Going to see Peaches instead of Jesus and Mary Chain. Glad I left Peaches after 2 songs though.
Check out Sleeping is Giving in for great mixes and other cool stuff
My biggest regret is not going in 2006. After all was said and done in 2007 I realized the whole thing really wasn't THAT expensive
always put on baby powder immediately before you enter the festival.
Chafed legs suck ass
- Not fighting my way though the masses to check out Beck in 04
- Not seeing Kraftwerk in 04, made up for in 08
- Not realizing how bloody awesome Battles was in 08, missed all but the last 5 minutes
your face sucks
Missing The Faint and Prodigy in 05 because my exgirlfriend was tired. I thought it was an excuse for getting to the campsite early and have sex but she was really tired, that sucked.
This one should get me banned from Coachella, but thank God it doesn't.
Missed Daft Punk in 2006 to... sleep. We were there an hour early to get spots, and it had been a rough two days, but there really are no excuses. Went to the fucking campsite to sleep, while everyone else had their minds blown all over the Sahara.
I made up for it in 2007 to see them twice, and to atone for my utter idiocy.
In 04 my drama queen friend pretended to faint during 2ManyDJ's... I gave her my car keys and told her I'd see her at the end of the night... but then felt bad when Air started and drove back to LA... missing The Cure and most of the Flaming Lips. Thank god I don't talk to that bitch anymore.
you should've choked the girl
I thought she might suffocate in the car (hopeful perhaps)... it was really hot that day... but alas she was alive and looking pathetic and proceeded to sleep the entire way back to LA. No regrets since that year though...
