Also, Animal Collective.
Agreed on Gogol Bordello.
The Who has always bothered me....I like Pete Townshend, and he has some interesting solo stuff.....but Roger Daltrey just sucks IMO
I agree with Billy Joel. And Elton John. Although both have a single or two I like.
RATM (who i actually thought were cool BEFORE the reunion)
most mainstream hiphop
I admit that I like buying Elton John records from thrift stores for $1 because they inevitable have completely awesome covers.
That's not a very good confession.
oh I saw what made milluakee famous opening for Smashing Pumpkins in Dallas, shit that was just awful
i can't stand anything of Radiohead post the bends/ok cumputer (sorry)
radiohead is terrible, i cant see how anyone likes them.
white stripes and anything that sound like them
sigur ros..lol...such a terrible band.
Basically every rock band thats play coachella this year
oh, and my votes
Acrade Fire - just can't get into them
The National - maybe I just didnt try hard enough.
RHCP - bland in my opinion
Nirvana/Pearl Jam - not a grunge fan
Justice - got old after a while (but i havent seen them live yet, i plan to soon)
The Mars Volta
one of my main ones that I forgot.....Modest Mouse
Everytime I mention that I can't really get into Gogol Bordello or that I don't care much for their recorded stuff I always get the usual "You have to see them live" replies, but I really have no desire to see them live whatsoever. I should at least maybe try to catch them at Coach this year if I have the opportunity.

but, you should always check out a band when they are at their best - and in this case, GB is at their best when seen live.
M.I.A. I cannot stand her. She is seriously the worst thing to ever happen to music.
Hot Chip. Fuck them. They are not very good at all.
The Streets. "Hi! I have a British accent and I am raping. Aren't I sooooooo indie!?"
I guess it's just a matter of opinion as far as Sigur Ros goes, but I really do think their music is beautiful. Nobody makes stuff like that as consistently as they do. Plus, they're more innovative than most bands out there. Also, if we're talking numbers- you're the minority again.
