I would go apeshit if Kyuss reunited! Coachella would be the perfect place for them to play together again, since they are from nearby Palm Desert. They used to be my favorite band during the 'grunge era' of the 90's. Unfortunately I never got to see them live because they broke up a few days before the show that I was going to go see them as openers for Monster Magnet.

I would actually be more excited to see Kyuss reunite then even RATM (who I am very excited to see). Kyuss was the most underrated grunge/alternative/metal band of the 1990s. Many of the top musicians and bands (Nirvana, Metallica, Faith No More, Living Colour, etc.) spoke very highly of Kyuss in magazine articles and album of the year type polls in the early 90s (particularly guitartists). But even though Kyuss was as good as many of the big Seattle bands, they did not get the marketing support they deserved from their record label.

ditto. All Kyuss fans know about the desert generator parties. But East Coasters (like myself) don't know exactly where these parties took place (I envisioned Arizona-type desert until I moved to SoCal a year ago).

I'd say yeah. I've been a Kyuss fan for over a decade and I even got to see them live around '94 when they were supporting their Welcome to Sky Valley album. It would be nice if they could reunite today, the next few months, later this year or whatever. I really love Kyuss.
