That place serving the best coffee I'd ever had--ever. I think they roasted their own beans. Maybe they were from Joshua Tree, CA? The best coffee ever, ever, ever. I'd love to be able to buy some of their beans. I really loved the Spicy Pie Pizza, too. Great value for the dollar.
Apart from spicy pie, last year i had a chicken terriyaki bowl that was not only pretty good, but i think the most filling meal i've had at coachella. Might not be the best tasting, but definately worth it!
I didnt see em at the coachella 09 but at phish fest 8 there was some bomb ass organic vegan pad thai that would rival a lot of good thai food places i have eaten at.
Hope they come to coachella 10
Spicy Pie is the shit so are the lemonades.
Saturday night i remember tripping my way over to the fries stand to pick up some garlic dank. After my order I walked over to the Kethup stand only to notice someones fries, chillin with no owner. I stood back for a few minutes and sarted eating mine. When no one came and claimed the lonely hunger fighting soldiers I swooped in and claimed them as my own. Needless to say I later foun my self extremely thirty and taking a few too many trips to the water fill up stations.
to the tripper who left his/her fries: Im sorry, I loved them, thank you.
Man those fries are bomb.
Steak sandwhiches definitely... The two times I had one I was at the point where price was unimportant enough to not remember how much they cost so I am assuming they were a rip off, but sooo delicious.
They didn't have frozen lemonade for 2010 or at least I didn't see any. But I've only ever ordered one food item, which was spicy pie, while under the influence of something and that was spectacularly delicioso.
I liked the empanadas myself. Spicy pie was very good also. I didn't eat all that much at Coachella for some strange reason. Normally when I drink that much I eat anything I can get my hands on
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched moonbeams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in the rain...
