It's a short set with Q&A. How much gear they bring in for their show is up to the artist. I've seen everything from acoustic guitar to a full set up at the Grammy events. Most of them will have an autograph session after the show if you buy their album there. Usually a CD. Rarely vinyl, merch, etc.

Thanks! This will be nice and special, but figure I stilll need to get a Wiltern ticket to see what she's doing this tour.

Isn't this for the subscription tickets? That includes 2 other shows, right? I'm guessing single show tickets will be much cheaper!

    If only.

Thats for that show only. Why dont you go see the cost for a subscription series actually is.

I must be doing something wrong because for that date they only have the subscribe option available. It says individual show tickets don't go on sale until may 4th. When I go through the ordering process this is one of the final purchase screens and it shows all 3 shows are included.

Jesus Christ. Look, those prices posted earlier are a RANGE of prices, with the cheapest tickets (bench, in the back) being $13 before fees and the most expensive tickets being $143 before fees (most likely pool circle). In between these two price points are myriad other prices. What you have pulled up are tickets in section G2, which if you look at a seating chart, it s about in the middle of the venue. These tickets cost $46 each. And that is what they will cost when the general on sale happens as well. But they do the subscription series because they want to sell multiple shows to people at the same time, and the incentive is that you get the first crack at seats by doing so.

You mean you cant understand how to divide by 3? Again, its not going to be a lower price when its single dates onsale for the season. And if you had any brain, you could call them and ask. But you wont do that.

I don't know if this is the right thread for this, but I just saw Russian Circles tonight and they absolutely killed it. I saw them during their Geneva tour, but this show felt way more polished and they really rocked tonight.

It is indeed the right thread for that. Keep reporting back!

This Will Destroy You @ Echo last night...kind of a snooze fest. Heard they were similar to EITS, not nearly as dynamic...closer to a less interesting GY!BE.

Wild Beasts last week @ Troubadour was perfect, their sound was awesome for a small venue (sort of overwhelms you a bit when it gets loud). Hope they'll be at Coachella again next year.

You got the part right about them being in the same genre as EItS and GY!BE. But I thought the show last night was excellent! Maybe not as good as the last time I saw them, paired with A Place To Bury Strangers, but still very good. The Echo was about as packed as I've ever seen it. Not sure I was loving that aspect of the proceedings since it got tough to move around. And the sound was a bit muddied until about midway through. Thought the band delivered though and glad to hear about the forthcoming new album. These guys are good.

I agree with you, I thought the show was pretty darn good. My friend forgot his earplugs and I felt so bad for him.
