Super excited for tonight! Hoping the Pit area isn't overly packed in, cause I'm planning to jump around like a fool!

Primal Scream was pretty good last night. They are definitely missing Mani though. Set list was decent, had some nice surprises (shoot speed/kill light, autobahn 66) but also some noteworthy gaps.

It looks like this tour is only of California. Thanks goldenvoice for having enough interest in them.

I contacted him; they've been sold.

I've been contacting everyone that posts on craigslist, too.

But she's a New York staple and played often at CBGB.

Man.. Pet Shop Boys were amazing tonight. My only REAL complaint is that this is the second tour in a row without Sylvia Mason James... But of all the times I've seen them (tonight would have been the 9th time... Seen all but one US tour and a few one off things in the states and in Ireland), this might have been one of my favorites. So glad I went for the Pit tickets! Plenty of room to jump around like a fool.

Agreed. I was in the cheaper balcony seats, but it was a great place from which to watch the great light show. I must say, this concert was my favorite of the year - as it was ear candy and eye candy to an old gay guy like me. Go West!

It was unbelievable. NMH played 20 songs over an hour and forty minutes. They were constantly fluctuating between 4 and 8 pieces with Mangum playing a few songs solo. Roughly 15-20 instruments used including a handsaw, a bango played with a bow, accordions, and virtually every brass instrument you can imagine. A great energy by everyone on stage and Mangum was extremely humble. Only a few dingles took pictures most of them awkwardly left their flash on, which was actually pretty funny to me. Great show and worth doing whatever possible to get a ticket for.

Does "bango" mean banjo or bongo?

Atoms for Peace were absolutely incredible in Austin tonight. I'm normally not a fan of Thom's side/solo endeavors... but wow. Best $10 dollar show ever.
