I mean, it would be pretty easy to get rid of the ticket if you didn't like what they are going to play.

So you wouldnt want all those guest appearences plus isnt that a" thing" now days.

This going be a show of the year if these guest show up and what I am guessing a second set of a good range older material like espeically if Nick Oliverai is there plus Dave Grohl playing drums

Well I obviously haven't read it. Yet I am assuming that there's going be guest musicians. The album is filled with guest appearences, most of the guest that do appear on the album live around the general area and Elton John's tour doesnt start till June 15th.

No. The difference is you're their trying to film your shitty videos while a band is playing infront on you, vs you sitting on your computer watching it be professionaly shot.

Would much rather have shows at the Coliseum, especially since the Expo line is open.

So what do you guys recommend is the best parking situation for the rose bowl. i should add im coming from lbc that day. thanks.

Holy Ghost! KILLED it last night at the Troubadour. The new stuff sounded pretty good, and they started out the set with Dumb Disco Ideas, which is just such an awesome song. True, it sounds a lot like LCD, but imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

My ears are still ringing though, I forgot earplugs which was such a big mistake.

Almost Acoustic Xmas '06 and Weenie Roast '07. The second time I had enough sense to use their set for a beer/bathroom break. And don't tell me they're way better live now, that song they're playing on KROQ right now makes their old material seem incredible in comparison.

Presets were a blast as always tonight. Save for the asshole that tried to start a fight with me (which ended when the girl he was with started throwing punches at him, which was kind of an amusing end to the whole altercation) during Fast Seconds. Sweat my ass off. Dragonette were fun, but I will never understand why they seem to hate their older material. 1 song off of Galore, 2 off of Fixin To Thrill, Hello (which is a fucking awful song, but I get why they play it), their track with Don Diablo and then everything else was from the new album. Why they'd play a throw away track from the new album like Giddy Up over ANYTHING from their first two releases is beyond me... but whatever.

Dug Classixx doing the live thing. Nice way to start the night off.

my friends told me there were several fights last night. I must not have noticed, all i did was dance all night long. my ears are ringing and i was 30 min late to work, but so worth it. i'll be seeing them in San Diego on Saturday night, but based on set times, it will be a short set.

Couldn't make it up last night but gonna try hard for the Observatory tomorrow night. How late do DJ sets usually go there? It's in the Constellation Room and starts at 10.

Oh good, their album is probably done. It's been 14 years...
