Damn, I didn't even realize Trail of Dead was the same night as Titus in SD. Oh well, think I have to choose Titus as well. What time does Titus start? Never been to the Ireneic before, but Casbah shows generally start pretty late, so there may be a slight possibility to hit both...
Let's go on a livin' spree!

Who all is going to Titus at El Rey? Annoyed I have to go to LA for them when they are coming down here, but I definitely want to go to both nights of Afghan Whigs.
I've seen a couple of recent sets of his and he's doing a ton of different material. He's written 10 albums. He picked up a mic and did this one the other night in Tel Aviv

Well it looks like after playing for 700 people last night in Paris, they're playing again on Monday....The second Newark show will be a pay-per-view event, titled “One More Shot,” running live on Dec. 15 at 9 p.m. According to a source in the Stones camp, the pay-per-view element drove the decision to go with Prudential. “It wasn’t money,” the source says. “You need a certain amount of time to get in and set up the cameras for a big pay-per-view production. And it can only be done on certain days. The Prudential had those days of availability.” In addition, the Stones will release a new documentary film, “Crossfire Hurricane,” which retells their half- century story. The flick will have its world premiere Oct. 18 at the London Film Festival, then open at the Zeigfeld Theater in New York Nov. 13. The Museum of Modern Art will host its own Stones salute, with a film retrospective on the band to run between Nov 15 and Dec. 2. No plans have been announced for a broader Stones tour. The Stones’ last major road show, “A Bigger Bang,” earned $558 million between 2005 and ’07, making it the second highest grossing tour in history, after U2’s 360 tour.
Rolling Stones at Trabendo - 10/25/12 Setlist:The Paris music scene has been awash with rumours that the Stones will also play to bankers invited by Paris-based investment house Carmignac Gestion at a theatre in the heart of Paris on Monday.
In recent years, Carmignac has recruited former Velvet Underground frontman Lou Reed and British rocker Rod Stewart to play similar gigs, usually to an exclusive audience.
Carmignac sent out mystery invitations giving the date and location of what it called "the biggest secret event of the year" without identifying the performer. The investment house has declined to comment

That is so annoying, so will we get Iggy on the reschedule?
damn, I wanted Morrissey to sing Unhappy Birthday or It's Not Your Birthday Anymore on my b-day.
Word has it Local Natives sold out the El Rey in less than a minute this morning. Good for them.
What a let down day, forgot to buy Local Natives tickets and then Morrissey / Iggy postponed.
