I'm amazed at how quickly people find out about this shit and buy it all up.
Was anyone else at Simian Mobile Disco last night? It was fucking sweet.
they were great, but i wanted a little more from the soundsystem
If anyone's into dat sort of thing, Polyphonic Spree are doing an instore at fingerprints record store in Long Beach on December 7. You just have to call their number and Rsvp.
need to endorse the Dub Club night on Wednesdays at the Echoplex. Nice mix of old school classics, dancehall, and live singers. It was packed, hell of a night.
hmmp, yeah. YOu can successfully smoke in the right corner. Like the "right side" corner outside by the rail. They did have three security guards combing the area, but they were eluded.
Anyone seen the Chris Robinson Brotherhood? Never saw Black Crowes, but like some of their stuff. Playing at the Observatory tonight and may spend $20 to experience it. Weed.
I thought they couldn't top "Bug" show but last night proved why Dinosaur Jr is pretty much one of the bestI was so happy to see Kevin Drew as well! What a nice little surprise. I remember when Dino had Broken Social Scene open for them back couple years ago....missing BSS
