This was a bit of a mixed bag, but overall I had a lot of fun. He had some parts in the middle that were so bad/hoarse that a bunch of people left (exacerbated by some shakiness on both the band and sound mixing fronts), which is sort of unfortunate for them as the back half of the set was much stronger than the first and was thoroughly enjoyable. We got a bunch of classics reinterpreted (the encore was a pleasant piano version of Blowin' In The Wind that everybody was pretty fully astonished to hear, and Tangled Up In Blue was...vocally interesting). I think the highlight for me in terms of everything "working" despite the myriad issues was Ballad of a Thin Man, which they played very heavily and resonantly. Mark Knopfler's set was also very strong, though he's got such a relaxing voice that it nearly put me to sleep.
Bob's behavior the entire night reminded me a lot of the recent Leonard Cohen shows - funny sideways dapper movements and hat-wearing.
