I say Prince because I hate huge stadium shows and that's all he really plays unless you want to pay shit tons of money for club 3121 while I can catch Radiohead on their tour when they come by this spring.
The White Stripes 9/18
bowie!! once in a lifetime chance.
Hey, my vote for Bowie pulled him even with Radiohead.
I'd probably actually rather see Radiohead, but I'm pretty tired of the rampant Radiohead fanboyism in these parts. It was a protest vote.
A VOTE FOR BOWIE IS A VOTE AGAINST A MILLION RADIOHEAD THREADS
So is a vote for Pearl Jam.
Upcoming Shows:
- Caribou @ The Fonda in Los Angeles on Saturday, February 28th
- The Replacements @ The Palladium in Los Angeles on Wednesday, April 15th
- Belle & Sebastian + Mac Demarco @ The Fox Theater in Pomona, CA on Thursday, April 16th
6x Coachella Attendee (2007 - 2011, 2014a)
The Entire Broadway Cast of Rent IN THE TENT
Pearl Jam was the Fall Out Boy of their time.
I voted for Prince. I've seen RH a lot and think Prince would be more fun than Bowie.
And that makes Nirvana the Panic! At the Disco of the Grunge movement? I'm sorry if the fact that your boy Dylan just doesn't put on the kind of live shows people want to see anymore (last I checked, he just sat there at the piano instead of, you know, performing) but seriously, asinine statements like that hold no fucking water.

Pearl Jam sucks.
I haven't seen Radiohead enough for me to be sick of them. Maybe next year.
I miss talking to TomAz.
We all do. I live in the same city as him (unless he relocated) and rumor has it that at 3:15am if you listen closely and its really really quiet you can hear him telling you to go fuck yourself.
Pearl Jam had a few great songs, but not in 13 years or so.
I picked Radiohead. I have seen Bowie and a performance at Coachella would likey not be anything new (other than the venue). Not ever seeing Radiohead play Coachella ever is a dismal thought. Come on Tom, get the Lazik surgery and read what a sweet deal Coachella will offer you. After all, they provided you a venue (twice) to help launch your US career!!!
Whiskey Sour
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 cherry
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
Can't stand Pearl Jam or Grunge music for the most part glad that it was short lived.
The White Stripes 9/18
I don't think Prince could headline the festival, but I think he can play the Sahara tent like Madonna did.
Prince is a motherfucking legend. He's at least as big as Bjork but probably bigger
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bigger. His guitar alone is about a million times bigger than Bjork.
uhhh..yeah..i second that...prince is enormously larger than bjork (although bjork is the best ever). Prince is a bigger headliner than Bowie and REM as well. He has a two disc greatest hits cd and the average person would go for Prince more than Bowie. Pearl Jam is the biggest headliner of the bunch., but i'd pick radiohead every day
Upcoming Shows:
Sasquatch Festival
however, Prince could easily headline the Sahara tent as long as no conflicts interfered. Or if he did the main stage, though its hard for me to picture him there.
i'm feelin the Prince as of late
