Why hasn't Goldenvoice reunited them to play? They would be the coolest band to ever play the festival...
dont they play together a few times a year? I swear I saw dates for them this year.
Weren't they here 2 weeks ago at the Echo?
2 oz blended whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 slice lemon
Shake blended whiskey, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with the half-slice of lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.
they just toured/are in the middle of touring. They played 2 dates in Los Angeles last week. I didn't go, but does anyone know if Joel was with them?
they are here at red rocks on saturday ... geez for a band that doesnt exist, they sure get around lol .. cr****
Have Another Hit Of Colorado Sunshine
From everything I hear, they are a ridiculously hard band for venues to manage. But I guess that wouldn't stop Goldenvoice, afterall they did invite RATM.
I saw them at the Independent in San Francisco last week. The show was set to start at 8:15 but the bands (opener included) didn't even SHOW UP to the venue until 10 PM. Thats when the opener started setting up their equipment so the show didn't even start until around 10:30 and BJM didnt go on til a quarter to midnight. They were good, and Anton argued a lot with some hecklers in the front row.
Anton is one crazy junkie.
What's that on your face?
I stumbled over one of their shows for about 30 seconds at a festival. I didn't recognise them until Anton started rambling like a maniac at... somebody? About something?
I mean, having only previously seen BJM in Dig!, I really didn't think that could possibly live up to The Curious Incident of the Broken Sitar At Nighttime... but there he was, as far as I could figure out, holding one of his own band personally responsible for the weather. Like he was expecting them to fix it. Seriously.
I am relatively certain that they've cancelled the last two gigs they had scheduled in the Phoenix area.
I don't think I'm hosting a 2016 collaborative playlist.
