I am just finishing up the last couple chapters of audio version of her book, Quiet, right now. It's really, really good.
As someone who could potentially be going to work as management in a tech company but who has no tech background, I'm finding the part that talks about Asian vs. Caucasian American ideals of quiet and studiousness especially interesting as it references introverted engineers and coders who work at tech companies and feel animosity towards the more extroverted non-tech people brought in to do management jobs because corporate America often privileges extroversion as a leadership characteristic.
