I think that really thick bangs can be tough to pull off. Can you section off some of your hair and pin it to see approximately what you would look like with heavy bangs?
you already know my thoughts on your hair.
since we're on hair, I'm totally doing blue highlights and a much shorter cut this saturday.
What kind of shampoo do you ladies use for colored hair? I am cheap and typically use Herbal Essence, but it's suppose to be color safe. I do wash my hair daily though, which I know is a nono but I can't stop myself. I had my hair colored just 3 weeks ago and the color has already faded quite a bit, and all of my gray is coming through in the roots. I use to be able to go at least 5 weeks before it faded this badly. Any suggestions other than not washing my hair?
I got some hair chalk this weekend and I am obsessed. You might want to think about that if you want something a little less abrasive (on your hair I mean). You can try the colors (it cam with 64 colors). You just hair spray, chalk, hair spray and you're good to go! It stays until you wash it. fyi
if you don't want to bleach you could do an ombre?
I have a really good shampoo at home I got from when it was red, I can check later for you. Another idea my stylist gave me was doing a gloss over the color you have to lock the color in more. You can get the clear one, or there is colored glosses, too.
I have a TV in my bedroom. We each have a TV. Not that big of a deal, except I can't get channel 12 anymore. I can only get channel 12 downstairs (NBC).
Yeah, the red is tough. I started just doing a shade or two darker than what I wanted so that after a few washes I had my desired color.
I ended up doing a red gloss over my color and it worked really well. See what she says!
I'm hoping the short cut will help with the limpness and if I ever stop being lazy with my hair, I can try curling it.
