King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, check them out.
Royksopp would definitely sell out the Fox, too big for the Fillmore or Warfield. If Moderat can fill the Fox, Royksopp can.
I wouldn't think that'd be considered a Bay Area show, or violate any radius clauses. But I guess that has to be it, definitely their closest show. Here's to hoping they come through the Bay at some...
The more I look, there's definitely solid bands on the undercard. One of the bigger disappointment's is no Moderat; I thought they'd be a shoo in. Why no Bay Area dates when they're playing Seattle,...
I really hope you're right. I can see Sufjan closing Sutro, but Radiohead and Sufjan have similar audiences, it really would be terrible scheduling.
If Sufjan closes out Sutro, or is anywhere that conflicts with Radiohead, I will straight up cut someone. Those are the only two acts I really care about and I got my Eager Beaver tickets for the...
Dreading the release of the conflicts aka set times. Map is...interesting. There will definitely be at least one thing that people will complain about to replace the dust.
Just had my first post-Coachella dream; barely a week after W1...going to be a long year.
Four people in the band. Drummer, keyboardist, keyboardist/guitarist, and the main guy. He played guitar and bass on different songs. They just had a shit ton of pineapples on stage and handed out a...
Wasn't a band I was super stoked on, but I did catch the whole set and it was phenomenal.
This was a great set, just wish she had talked a bit less during that speech.
I didn't need to set foot in the Sahara tent once until Big Gigantic on Sunday, and I still had the most fun I've had at Coachella in a few years. As long as you're with good people, you can ignore...
He played Ize of the World but I'm pretty sure that was it. The sound was shit the whole set though, way too overblown.
Whoa, I did not realize that Blake from Workaholics started off with the guitar before the actual guitarist (Charles) kicked him off. Then he jumped into the crowd, awesome.
Yeah this was great. Plus someone who lost their phone during the set (probably in the mosh) was able to get it back at the end, which is always a good thing.
Please, never again Coachella. I couldn't believe it. Chance was rolling before that too.
See them if you can, it was a perfect start to the day. They ended a few minutes before scheduled but everyone was getting down and it was a ton of fun.
You are not alone, it was one of my favorite sets of the weekend by far.
This shouldn't be a question.
Syd Arthur into Foxygen into Ty Segall, all on Outdoor...phenomenal. Really hope the forecast stays at below 90 on Saturday, I know where I'll be a good portion of the afternoon.
Gotta find an American bandana though, only have generic ones.
I like it, please feel free to join us on this quest.
Knife v caravan palace is probably my worst one, or qotsa v mogwai. My plan; watch beginning of Caravan, walk to Knife for a couple songs, continue on to OutKast.
Yeah I won't be leaving them early; one of my favorite bands that I still have yet to see live. I'll be as close as possible.
So as I expected, I'm going to be extremely tempted to just stay at the Main for QOSTA and then Muse back to back. But then there's Darkside. Ahh, the decisions to be made in 2 days.
Trolls will keep the rumors up year after year, even after they actually play. Just to piss people off haha
Though this will just continue to fuel the Daft Punk surprise rumors, though I guess those exist no matter what.
Awesome, definitely will be seeing him!
This is amazing, could not have asked for a better set time release! Julian, Pixies and Nicholas Jarr...wow! I'm really speechless.
Wow, Coachella, you really fucking surprised me.
I have been corrected then, that's awesome to hear. I'll be at the 4/23 show at Great American Music Hall, anyone else going?
Last year, decked our car out and on Sunday got VIP/Backstage passes for the whole crew. Most awesome experience of my life, definitely decking out our car even more this year!
Missed them at FYF but will definitely not miss them again, love the album.
So excited for this set. Definitely a must-see for Sunday.
Yeah same here. Last day of work tomorrow, leaving SF at 5am Thursday, these next two days are going to be slow. Seeing the map, I'm already there.
As everyone else has said, very glad to see the Do Lab having been moved. Really bled into the Gobi frequently.
So ready for this set!!! Highly doubt Jeremih will be there, but digging the new stuff. Very Weeknd-esque. If you haven't checked Shlohmo out, you won't want to miss him.
Lets do all the acid.
Was camping at Lake Cahuilla weekend one last year; our neighbor lost his tent and our 12' by 12' canopy was destroyed. Really anything but another sandstorm like last year would be great. It did...
This is fantastic, can't wait for the EP!
Didn't see a thread for these guys; hadn't heard about them until the lineup but the one song I've heard, I've had on repeat. Very, very chill pop, perfect early afternoon Polo Grounds material.
Definitely will be a must-see for me, one of the best finds of the lineup so far.
This song is sexy as fuck, just got released a couple weeks ago. Maybe we'll see a collab on the Polo Grounds..?
Don't like them, but that Kendrick duo was fucking awesome. Mainly because of Kendrick, but still...
Awww yeah, so stoked for their set! One of the best albums of 2013; I do have a fear that bleeding from other stages could effect their set, but will be their no matter what!
I think someone already mentioned this, but I was REALLY hoping for Majical Cloudz. Put out one of the best albums of 2013.
