I was think Sufjan would be before Radiohead
Radiohead on Saturday
the second line is rough
they're exactly the same, interesting
I only want to go because of Radiohead. The cost is ridiculous. I don't see myself coming back.
we got three
Haim with no Bay Area dates, not hitting Europe until August 11th
Animal Collective looking like a possibility. Skipping the Bay Area on their tour and no dates for August, other than the 22nd in Hawaii.
Highly doubt it. He doesn't need OSL for his audience. He does enough on the Casino circuit.
Source: my mom is a gigantic fan of him
ELO wouldn't headline though, right?
Radiohead/Arcade Fire/LCD is too good to be true.
So Arcade Fire is headlining with Radiohead at a festival in Portugal in July, are they in play now?
*dusts off account*
Ooooh boy, if LCD and Radiohead are headlining, I'll be one happy man.
demarco > built to spill > jenny lewis on outdoor on Sunday...nice
Most KFOG headliners ever.
Worst headliners in a long time, maybe the worst ever for this fest. Not a bad year for me to miss.
Still...Kendrick, D'Angelo, Wilco, St. Vincent, Tame Impala, Mac Demarco, Sky Ferreria...
I'm not so sure. They did a west coast swing last summer (I went to the Napa show and they went to SF afterwards) and they'll be in Berkeley in July.
I guarantee he will have the biggest crowd of the weekend. People are hypocrites.
March Madness clue? Well last year's CBS March Madness song was by The Killers, so clearly The Killers are headlining for a second year in a row.
I'm going to be so mad if you guys get both Kendrick and Bruce.
First time in three years I can't make it and I've been waiting for Bruce for each of those years.
Holy hell, Bruce and Elton at the same festival? I don't want to get my hopes up. Don't get me too excited, guys.
I might come up for this. Holy crap.
every festival next year will just be daft punk
Jenny Lewis was really good. Did anybody catch The Brothers Comatose? It was a nice change of pace to hear some bluegrass.
Flaming Lips were good, weird as advertised. I caught the end of Wayne's...
Everybody I saw today was solid.
The Kooks were good. Local Natives was super into it and brought a ton of energy.
Haim is great as always, not sure why you people don't like them.
Honestly what rapper has a band backing him anymore?
Machines that filter the water 7 times and then pour out the water fairly slowly.
Production was awesome and he was really into it. I loved it :)
Also, what the fuck with the stupid new water system. It's not efficient at all.
What do we gain from it?
The crowd was fucking horrible yesterday, but Kanye made everything worth it. He blew me away.
Hopefully all the high schoolers go to Macklemore during Tom Petty.
Also, Chocolands: Get...
the past two years i've brought in trail mix and apples with no issues
anybody know if they're doing the wristband thing again where you can win prizes? I haven't seen any info on it
fyi the schedule they hand out at the festival is pretty useful, I think it's better than the one they give out at Coachella
I think a lot of Flaming Lips fans will be there too
Judging from his current festival run, I wouldn't expect this to be as good as his Yeezus tour. It's a completely different set-up. However, I am, still, holding out hope at the slight chance Jay-Z...
I did it for Paul McCartney last year, wasn't too hard.
We sat towards the sound stage for most of the time (if you get there early enough you can get back rest against the fence), then after Band...
ugh...the Phoenix crowd was god awful
I mean, I expected it, but god damn it was bad. Luckily Phoenix put on a solid show.
Seems like I will be spending most of my time at the main stage this year.
And I finally get to see Disclosure...and I'm sorry I doubted whoever said they were going to before Kanye.
Man I CAN'T wait for Kanye. The greatest artist of our time.
I can't seem to escape Zedd...
I would like to see OutKast again, if only to wash out the bad taste they left in my mouth after their Wk1 Coachella performance.
It was just stuff I was reading on Twitter. I didn't think it was real, but it also wasn't out of the realm of possibility.
is it true he got booed off the stage?
Panda Bear announced a tour that goes until the end of September with no West Coast dates.
you're damn right it is
So Kanye's new stage setup looks fucking awesome.
No new songs, but here's the setlist:
The Black Keys just announced dates in the Bay, so we can rule them out.
Not that I expected them, but I know it was mentioned earlier.
sounds like my dear home <3
