I still don't understand - am I supposed to be able to do something in the app, or is simply registering enough?
The Red Krayola - Los Angeles, REDCAT theatre - Nov 7th
Cara, you have so many admirers.
What is even the point of this post?
Drinkey's post was basically the post I should have made
Some friendly advice. If you want input on why people like something you don't, ask for that humbly. If you want to be flamed, rain on other peoples parade cynically and later act disgusted that...
I don't see what's so hard about letting people revel in their enjoyment of an artist without dumping on it.
oh no another thread, what will we do
Beirut/Julia Holter on sale on Groupon for $19 (or $24 if those run out) all in.
It's weird, since I started doing this my teeth became bad and all my cooking tastes bland...
I agree with this. I liked the EPs a lot and then the first abum came out and I've had no desire to listen to anything since.

I was in the last row on the floor and experienced no sound issues. I've seen them play this same set three times now and this was far and away the best of the three. Absolutely incredible

Every song sounds exactly the same on this album - and they all sound exactly as bad.
Dungen's newest is a burner. That sax section!
Beirut - No No No
Dungen - Allas Sak
jk I laughed
Only went Sunday. Kevin Drumm's set was amazing, so glad I made it even if just for that. Loved CdY, the band was great. Also really liked Drainolith and Fountainsun.
Can anyone who went to Laurel Halo tell me if she still does any of the vocal stuff from her 2012 album? I don't care for her purely instrumental stuff. Thanks!
Seems like you ask this question of every upcoming show
Amy, please tell us more about how you'd like to be a woman in an Islamic country
I thought the show was great
Stars of the Lid

Yo me too! Tired Sounds is excellent also
Not an entirely unreasonable explanation
can anyone explain why the only way I've been able to post on the boards in the past six months has been because I never logged out on my phone? It doesn't matter how many times I change my password,...
Zack did you post in this thread intentionally in anticipation of an upcoming shitshow?

Stars of the Lid teased that they'll be playing LA, Montreal, and NYC in September. Dates to come.
I went to their LA show and also had a great time!
This is amazing
Let's all discuss how annoying one post was for the next 20 posts
Roboto: still here, still terrible
Logging in isn't the only dysfunctional thing about this board
I have had sex and dated girls and stuff and it's fun but haven't found anything long lasting, but at least I am no longer writing essays on why I must be awful to date
Jesus Christ this thread is still just as terrible as it was when I stopped posting in it.
Try to be less terrible in your future posts.
